With more than a decade of experience in real estate operations and asset management, Lena drives initiatives that elevate portfolio value, enhance NOI, and position Schwieters Capital for long-term growth.

She has developed and implemented portfolio-wide systems for capital planning, performance tracking, and compliance, while also leading digital marketing, investor reporting, and governance initiatives across the firm’s holdings. Lena’s work bridges tactical execution with strategic planning—ensuring scalable infrastructure and data-driven decision-making.

An active member of the National Apartment Association, Lena stays engaged in industry best practices and policy trends, bringing forward-looking insights to Schwieters Capital’s leadership team. Known for her cross-functional collaboration and results-oriented leadership, she plays a central role in aligning asset operations with ownership goals.

Outside of work, Lena enjoys running, reading fantasy fiction, and spending time with her family in Minneapolis.
