Blake Schwieters serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Schwieters Capital and Plant Manager at JL Schwieters Building Supply Construction, an affiliate of Schwieters Capital. Since joining Schwieters in 2013, Blake has been pivotal in driving operational efficiency, growth, and innovation within both organizations.

With a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University, Blake’s technical and managerial expertise enables him to oversee complex construction projects. He played a key role in JL Schwieters’ 2016 expansion into manufacturing floor and roof trusses, successfully overseeing the project from inception to completion. Under his leadership, the company doubled its equipment in 2021 and continues to expand its capabilities, including investing in state-of-the-art technology like the Weinmann wall panel line.

Blake’s forward-thinking leadership solidifies Schwieters’ position as an industry leader, delivering high-quality turnkey framing solutions. His strategic vision continues to contribute to the success and growth of both organizations.
